Rose Creek Farm is a thriving community farm and workforce training program dedicated to sustainability, education, and empowerment. As part of Lighthouse Charities, our farm serves as a hands-on learning space where refugees and individuals from low-income backgrounds gain valuable skills in agriculture, hydroponics, vermicomposting, and sustainable farming practices.


Beyond growing fresh, local produce, Rose Creek Farm provides job training opportunities that equip refugees with marketable skills, helping them build self-sufficiency and secure employment in the agricultural and food industries. Our farm is also a hub for community engagement and education, offering:

  • Field Trips & Workshops – Schools and homeschool groups can explore topics like sustainability, farming, pollinator gardens, and greenhouse growing.
  • Pollinator & Vermicomposting Programs – Hands-on learning about ecosystems and food production.
  •  Farmers Markets & Community Events – Bringing fresh produce and handmade goods to the local community.


At Rose Creek Farm, we believe in growing food, growing skills, and growing futures—creating opportunities for refugees to thrive while educating the community about the importance of sustainable agriculture.

Join us at Rose Creek Farm Farmers Market, every second and fourth Saturday, where we bring the community together with fresh produce, handmade goods, and delicious baked treats! Shop locally, support our refugee workforce training program, and enjoy a vibrant market experience.
